France : diversity and animal food products
The average income per inhabitant in France  is five times higher than the average one  on a worldwide scale and the purchasing power index is very high, which means France is among the richest countries in the world.
The French consumption model is characterized by a high rate of animal food products. A French man eats four times more meat, eggs and milk, two to three times more fish and sea-foods, than any other inhabitant of this planet.
The cultivated land surface is close to the world average, the education rate is very high, the yield per worker and the urbanization rate is  high, which clearly demonstrates the correlation between the level of development and the food consumption organization of a country.
